TERMS AND CONDITIONS

“$5,000.00 OF LANDSCAPING WITH PURCHASE” PROMOTION

1. The Promotion is being conducted in connection with Wallis Meadows Estate, East Maitland (“the Estate”) which has been developed by the Promoter in association with the Yeramba Group.

 PROMOTION PERIOD

2. This Promotion commences on 1st April 2025 and ends at 5:00 pm (EST) on 30th June 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

ELIGIBILTY

3. Subject to Condition 4, this Promotion is only open to Australian citizens or permanent residents or companies who are owned and controlled by Australian citizens or permanent residents.
4. The following persons or entities are ineligible: (i) employees of the Yeramba Group (“Excluded Employees”); (ii) the spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of an Excluded Employee; and (iii) any person or entity who is associated with or related to an Excluded Employee.
5. Subject to Condition 4, to be eligible to participate in the Promotion a purchaser (“an Eligible Purchaser”) must:
   (a)        exchange an unconditional contract for sale of a lot in the Estate between 1 April 2025 and 5:00 pm (EST) on 30 June 2025 (“an Eligible Contract”); and
   (b)        complete the Eligible Contract strictly in accordance with its terms.

PROMOTION

6. Eligible Purchasers will be paid the sum of $5,000 as a contribution to the Eligible Purchaser’s landscaping costs of the lot in the Estate which payment will be made on completion of the Eligible Contract and will be treated as a rebate of part of the purchase price payable under the Eligible Contract. Eligible Purchasers are not entitled to claim this contribution in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or rebate provided in connection with the Estate.

GENERAL

7. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to extend the Promotion Period if lots remain available for sale in the Estate.
8. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify whether a purchaser is an Eligible Purchaser (including verifying a purchaser’s identity, age, citizenship and residency status) and to disqualify any purchaser whose is not an Eligible Purchaser who fails to comply with the terms and conditions of this Promotion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
9. Any dispute as to the eligibility of a person or entity to participate in this Promotion shall be determined by the Promoter in good faith and the determination of the Promoter will be final and binding in all and any circumstances.
