Our land purchase with Yeramba Estates was the most wonderful experience we had as a family. Lilian, who was looking after us all throughout from the start until the purchase, did such an amazing job. She was very prompt to answer our emails, texts or calls if we have questions. We have recently moved into our new home in Yeramba Hamlyn Grove Estate at Hamlyn Terrace and love it. The whole process of purchasing the land from Yeramba was remarkably easy. The team was extremely pleasant and helpful.
The estate has been well designed with good sized, nearly level blocks. When the construction of the parkland to the west is completed in the near future it will make the estate an even better place to live.
Hamlyn Grove is well placed with a primary school across the road, two excellent high schools close by and shops only a short drive. Bus stops are on the main road and train stations are close by as well.
Hamlyn Grove is a great estate in a great location.
